Corporate Workshops

I design and facilitate interactive workshops that help teams build the skills they need to work better together.

Workshop topics include:

  • Leadership development

  • Emotional intelligence

  • Communication and feedback

  • Conflict management

  • Inclusive leadership

  • Team building

  • Innovation and creative thinking

  • Change management

  • Influence without authority

  • Cross-functional collaboration

  • Strategic thinking and systems thinking

Each workshop is customized to the audience, business context, and desired outcomes. Sessions are built to be practical, engaging, and immediately useful.

Corporate Workshop Examples

Each workshop is customized to the audience, business context, and desired outcomes. Instead of delivering generic training, Leader Launch Learning builds sessions around the real situations, challenges, and goals participants are facing.

Workshops may include: Scenario-based discussions, Reflection exercises, Small-group activities, Role-play or practice conversations, Team agreements and action planning, Job aids, templates, and follow-up resources, Pre-work or post-session reinforcement, Measurement plans to assess learning, behavior change, and business impact.

The goal is simple: create learning experiences that are practical, engaging, and immediately useful.

Featured Workshop Series: 6-Week Leadership Development Cohort

One of my signature corporate workshop experiences is a 6-week Leadership Development Cohort designed for people leaders who want practical tools they can immediately apply with their teams.

This cohort blends live facilitation, guided discussion, reflection, peer learning, leadership tools, and application assignments. Each week focuses on a core leadership capability and gives participants space to connect the content to real workplace situations.

Program Focus Areas

The 6-week cohort includes topics such as:

  • Self-Awareness & Leadership Identity
Leaders explore their values, strengths, leadership style, and the impact they have on others.

  • Emotional Intelligence
Participants learn how to recognize emotional patterns, manage reactions, build empathy, and lead with greater awareness.

  • Communication & Feedback
Leaders practice clear communication, active listening, feedback frameworks, and strategies for navigating difficult conversations.

  • Situational Leadership & Delegation
Participants learn how to adapt their leadership approach based on employee needs, skill level, confidence, and task complexity.

  • Inclusive Leadership & Psychological Safety
Leaders explore behaviors that create trust, belonging, participation, and stronger team contribution.

  • Change Management & Agility
Participants learn how to support employees through uncertainty, communicate change clearly, and lead with resilience.

Team Building

I create team development workshops that help teams strengthen trust, understand working styles, and build shared expectations for collaboration.

Example experience:

I facilitated team workshops and 1:1 coaching using CliftonStrengths to help employees and managers understand individual strengths, team patterns, collaboration preferences, and potential friction points. I also partnered with Product and Engineering leaders to deliver virtual squad team-building workshops for newly formed cross-functional teams.

Common workshop outcomes include:

  • Increasing team connection and trust

  • Clarifying strengths, working styles, and collaboration preferences

  • Identifying communication gaps or friction points

  • Creating team agreements and shared expectations

  • Improving day-to-day collaboration and accountability
